Pre-paid orders ≥ ₹999 (India): Free standard shipping
Pre-paid orders < ₹999 (India): Flat ₹79
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) surcharge: ₹50 (irrespective of cart value)
International shipping: Calculated at checkout by weight & destination (customs duties/taxes payable by customer)
A tracking link is emailed/SMSed within 24 hours of dispatch.
Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.
For help, contact us with your Order Number and Tracking ID.
Couriers usually make two delivery attempts.
If undelivered, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping is possible after repayment of the original shipping fee (and COD charges, if applicable).
Unclaimed returns are held for 15 days before being cancelled and refunded (minus two-way shipping).

Once shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed.
If the outer box looks tampered, refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
For hidden damage found later, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll raise a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement or refund if eligible.
