Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Finix Cart – Powered by Finixpay Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you once you make a purchase on our platform.


1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipping Charges

  • Pre-paid orders ≥ ₹999 (India): Free standard shipping

  • Pre-paid orders < ₹999 (India): Flat ₹79

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) surcharge: ₹50 (irrespective of cart value)

  • International shipping: Calculated at checkout by weight & destination (customs duties/taxes payable by customer)


4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is emailed/SMSed within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

  • For help, contact us with your Order Number and Tracking ID.


5. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

  • Couriers usually make two delivery attempts.

  • If undelivered, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping is possible after repayment of the original shipping fee (and COD charges, if applicable).

  • Unclaimed returns are held for 15 days before being cancelled and refunded (minus two-way shipping).


6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Email info@finixcart.com or call +91 84295 49388 immediately.

  • Once shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed.


7. Damage or Loss in Transit

  • If the outer box looks tampered, refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.

  • For hidden damage found later, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll raise a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement or refund if eligible.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Estimated delivery times may be affected by:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Customs inspections

We’ll keep you updated if such events occur.


9. Holidays

No pickups or deliveries occur on:

  • National public holidays in India

  • State holidays in Uttar Pradesh

  • Sundays

Orders placed during these days are processed on the next business day.
