This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for your clothing purchases.


1. Overview

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for eligible clothing items within the timelines mentioned below.
All requests are subject to the conditions in this policy and to applicable Indian consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).


2. Return & Refund Window

Note: If your product arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and take clear photographs – these help us process your request faster.


3. Eligibility Conditions

  • Original condition – Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase – Valid order number and invoice required.

  • Return authorisation – You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from us before sending back any item.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or store vouchers

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear & tear


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within the applicable period via:

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos/video (if damaged).

  3. Receive RMA – We’ll share your RMA number and return instructions.

  4. Pack securely – Include all accessories, tags, and a copy of your invoice.

  5. Courier pickup or self-ship – Use the provided return label or ship to our address. Keep the tracking receipt.

  6. Quality check – Once received, our QC team inspects the item (2–3 business days).

  7. Refund / exchange approval – We’ll notify you via email; if rejected, the item will be returned to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your payment app or bank account again

  • Contact your card issuer/bank (delays may occur)

  • Still no update after 10 business days? Email info@finixcart.com with your RMA and refund reference


8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or delivered in the wrong size/variant (subject to stock availability). Use the same RMA process and mention Exchange in your request.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch – Cancel from your account or email us for a full refund

  • After dispatch – Refuse delivery or raise a return request


10. Abuse of Policy

Frequent or excessive returns, especially for worn or damaged clothing, may result in restrictions on future orders.
